Boots Red Pass- Washington
The Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail |
My name is Boots The Ultimate Trail Hiker.
In Dayton Ohio as a child I enjoyed family gatherings, school, travel and
friends. My family including two daughters are always in my thoughts.
Professionally throughout the years I've worked in many occupations mostly
entrepreneurial orientated. Sales and marketing is of particular interest.
I always put forth my best at everything!
Off the trail (or) on I enjoy trips to the library, reading non-fiction
books, documentaries, discussing philosophy, analytics, creative writing,
day hiking, backpacking, meeting people, and more.
Most recently much of my time has been spent on the Pacific Crest National
Scenic Trail and in the many towns along the way. The 2650-mile trail extends
from the Mexico border into Canada passing through California, Oregon,
and Washington states.
In 2008 my journey began in Campo California at the Mexico border resulting
in 1500-miles of backpacking adventure. In 2009 I returned to California
backpacking more than 500-miles on the PCT and John Muir Trail. In 2010
from Seattle Washington I adventured to Northern Cascade National Park
and backpacking North on an unmaintained trail. When I reached the Pacific
Crest Trail I continued to the U.S. Canada borders. I then turned South
and continued hiking through the entire state of Washington to the Columbia
River in Oregon for a total of 590-miles! Backpacking is Fun!
Thank you,
